Lieutenant McDonald serves as our roving supervisor. When she is not roving sites, she is welcoming and protecting staff, visitors and residents at her site.

Before a security guard works a site, they will receive on-the-job training from a seasoned security guard or supervisor assigned to that particular site.
Any additional training programs that will be implemented by 1st Class Security Services either meet or exceed any mandated training requirements. Furthermore, security guards will be briefed on various criminal and civil laws during their employment with us.
