Upon hire, all security guards of 1st Class Security Services complete a standard criminal background check. Applicants must have a valid driver's license or state identification and a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED). They must also be able to read, speak, and write the English language for any consideration of employment and be able to obtain a security certification card/license.


All submitted applications from security guards will be kept on file for 1 year before they are discarded. We encourage you to complete and submit the form on this page. After it has been submitted online, a representative of 1st Class Security Services will contact you to be interviewed when positions become available. The information obtained with the form is held in strict confidence and subject to applicable law.
